marketing intern, Floworks AI
may-september, 2024
A founder came back to campus, the placement cell sent around an opportunity, and I said yes mostly out of curiosity. That turned out to be a good enough reason.
Floworks was my first real exposure to a startup. My job description expanded the moment I walked in. The pace, the scrappiness when everything is being figured out in real time. But for the most part, my job was pretty straightforward: write blogs, optimise for SEO, create graphics, manage social posts. I published 25+ blogs during my time there and learned Figma from scratch.
What stayed with me was realising how much the culture of a founding team shapes everything downstream. That's not something I could’ve learnt from the outside.
